Winning Team Monthly Newsletter

Hello

Welcome as a new member of the team I would like to introduce myself to you.  When I joined the company it was for three reasons.

One I had been using the products for 4 months and noticed a general improvement in my health and I also lost 20 pounds without changing my diet.

Secondly because I could see that many other people would benefit from knowing about these products.

Thirdly I could make some extra money.

Now I don’t know why you joined but whichever reason it was, or more than one this company is the best vehicle that I have found in the last 30 years.

I will be sending you a message every month to inform and inspire you to greater heights, make more friends, sell more products and make more money.

If you have any comments please email me at ronald1234streeter@gmail.com. I would be interested in any of your stories, victories and even defeats! And with your permission I will send them out to all the members of our team.

As a new member the most important thing you MUST do now is to set a goal. You need goals so that you can see how well you are doing and to motivate you more.

Now setting a goal is not just saying “I will have some new members” or “I will earn 5000 pesos” these are not useful because they cannot be measured. If you cannot measure how you are doing then the goal is useless.

To check if your goal is achievable it must be S.M.A.R.T.

S.M.A.R.T. goals are goals that are:

  • Specific – That is measureable, so you need time, date or amount in numbers that you can check against. So you can see how far you still need to go to get where you want. A typical goal would be “I will have 5000 p a month in income by February 1st 2018” now you can see how you are doing.
  • Meaningful - This is the “why” in goal setting. Why do you want 5000 p a month? What can you do with this amount of money? Write a specific thing you want to do, for example “I want 5000 p a month to pay off my debts”
  • Achievable - It just means that you have to pick goals that you can achieve in the short term. There is little point in saying you want 100000 p by December 2018 because it is very unlikely you could do that, but you might do it in 3 years. So choose a goal that is difficult but not impossible to do.
  • Relevant - When you set goals that are relevant, you have to dig deep down inside and truly understand what you want out of life. What would achieving this goal mean to your life? More leisure, more holidays, more new clothes? So make sure what you are aiming for is relevant to your situation.
  • Time-bound - When your goals are time-bound, they’re measurable, and you should hold yourself accountable by measuring those goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. How close are you to achieving your goals? How much further did you get from achieving your goals? Without making your goals time-bound and measurable, you won’t be able to see your progress.

So now you need to sit down for some time and seriously consider what you REALLY want. Please send me your goals and I will tell you how likely you are to achieve them. Any questions please email me ronald1234streeter@gmail.com.

As I mentioned above I started this program in September when I weighed 90 kilos by this week I am now only 78.5 kilos. Not bad in only 7 weeks with little change in my diet.

This month the team has already had 2 more members join, a great start. If each of us recruits just one member in December that would be great and don’t forget the P1000 bonus for each new member
